Location: Duluth Airport Authority Taxiway / Minnesota's 3rd business airport
PROBLEM: Deterioration of filled potholes
ARP PATCH INSTALLED: 2019
REPAIR STATUS: Unscathed / in good condition after multiple seasons of snow plows, snow, ice & traffic
Duluth Airport Authority is a hub for F16 fighter planes. The airport was continuously filling and refilling potholes due to consistent traffic loading and deterioration.
The old fill was removed and covered with American Road Patch.
To ensure that none of the aggregate surfaced, the patch was tamped to embed the waterproofing membrane into the pavement.
Present day, after multiple snowfalls and plowing, American Road Patch remains strong!
Heavily Trafficked Potholes
LOCATION: Ohio
PROBLEM: Pothole on road heavily trafficked by semis
SOLUTION: The American Road Patch was used as the final step in the repair (filled with conventionl fill first).
ARP PATCH INSTALLED: 2016
ARP REPAIR STATUS: Repairs are intact and performing well after many snowy seasons. ARP successfully keeps water out, preventing damage.
Immediately after repair. With ARP, there is no downtime.
First the pothole was filled with conventional fill.
ARP is used as the final step to make the repair last.
Metal Plate Bridge Traction
LOCATION: New Zealand
PROBLEM: Old bridge that is trafficked frequently by big rigs and travelers. Metal plates that were installed to strenghten the bridge were very slippery and posed a threat to dairy truckers (New Zealands largest export) and travelers.
SOLUTION: ARP was laid over all the metal plates to ensure traction and braking on the plates is safe. The result is a safer bridge with higher traction.
ARP PATCH INSTALLED: 2022
ARP REPAIR STATUS: Bridge is now safe for motorists and big rigs with added traction. Weather has not impacted the patches at all.

Speed Bumps
LOCATION: Thousand Oaks, CA
PROBLEM: 30 crumbling speed bumps in residential areas Thousand Oaks, CA. Heavily trafficked speed bumps were cracking and crumbling due to wear and tear. Citizens were putting an increasing amount of pressure on the city to find a permanent solution.
SOLUTION: The American Road Patch was strategically installed over cracking areas, stopping the cracking in its tracks and appeasing the local community.
ARP PATCH INSTALLED: 2016
ARP REPAIR STATUS: 30 out of 30 repairs are holding strong and have not needed any additional work since the original repairs were peformed
Heavy Load Road Issues
LOCATION: UPS Versailles, IN
PROBLEM: The UPS center in Versailles, Indiana was experiencing recurring potholes and cracking due to weather and heavy loads from semitrucks (up to 80,000 pounds in cargo)
SOLUTION: The American Road Patch was placed over several potholes and alligator cracks on the UPS campus, evening the roads for easy transport and sealing the cracks, preventing any further damage.
ARP PATCH INSTALLED: 2019
ARP REPAIR STATUS: All patches are still intact. No further cracking has occured where ARP has been applied & semitrucks can safely navigate the area.

PROBLEM: Recurring street repair problems they have been having in several locations from wear and tear from vehicles, buses and continuous water damage.
